To help ensure your card is ready before move-in, students are encouraged to create a GET account using their RedID number and upload a photo and a government-issued ID. Please allow up to two business days for the process to be completed. This includes the photo upload, approval, and the final email notification confirming that their ID is ready.
If you are unable to upload your photo or experience any issues with the process, you may visit the SDSU Imperial Valley Library, where staff can issue your SDSUcard. The SDSU Imperial Valley Library is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. On move-in days, the library will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
