Fall 2025 Timeline

• December 2024 - March 2, 2025

  Apply for financial aid by filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the CA Dream Application for students eligible for AB 540.

• January 2025

  Transfer applicants update colleges attended and college coursework by completing and submitting the mandatory Academic History Update on the Cal State Apply website.

• May 1, 2025 (Intent to Enroll deadline)

  Deadline to submit the following items:

  Official transcripts Secure & Reliable End-To-End Credentials Support | Parchment

  Test scores (Advanced Placement Exams) Sending AP Scores - AP Students | College Board

• May 2025

  First-year and transfer deadline to complete the Student Success Pathway Preference form.

• June 30, 2025

  Transfer deadline to submit final college transcripts, including spring grades

• July 15, 2025

  First-year deadline to submit final official high school and college transcript(s), including spring grades.
  
  Deadline to provide proof of immunizations and complete the Tuberculosis (TB) Risk Assessment.

• July-August 2025

  New Student Orientation

• August 25, 2025

  Classes begin.
