Juan Carlos is a maintenance and operations professional with 28 years of experience, recognized for his leadership, responsibility, and commitment to excellence. Trained as a Mechanical Engineer, he has developed and implemented complex preventive maintenance programs, supervised construction projects, and overseen budget planning for large facilities.
Juan Carlos began his career with the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS), one of Mexico’s largest public healthcare institutions, where he advanced from maintenance roles to Director of Maintenance and Operations. In that capacity, he managed more than 150 employees across 30 hospitals and clinics in Baja California, ensuring safety, efficiency, and effective operations.
In the United States, Juan Carlos has contributed his expertise to both the El Centro Elementary School District and the Calexico Unified School District, helping maintain clean, safe, and well-functioning learning environments for students and staff. Throughout his career, he has led with teamwork, accountability, and strategic planning, always committed to supporting his team and ensuring the highest standards in facility management.
