Office of Development and Community Affairs
The role of the Office of Development and Community Affairs is to position the University by articulating a clear image and mission, establishing deep and long-lasting relationships with our students, constituents, alumni, donors, parents and community. The office broadens the resources available to the University through a tradition of philanthropy from donors, community partnerships and stewardships.
Our campus depends greatly on private resources to
pursue excellence and advance the institution.
The Office of Development and Community Affairs serves, advises and consults with Dean on policy decisions, handles community relations, establishes and directs fundraising activities and interfaces with the media.
- Development - research management, fundraising, plan giving and major gifts
- Marketing and Communications - media and public relations, promotional issues and community outreach
- Alumni Association - coordinates the association and assists with their events
